The following items can be grown and harvested in your own home by purchasing a seed at the specialist NPC. If you chop them down, you will end up (in some cases) with a few logs and fruit and the tree will be reduced to a stump. Unfortunately, you also flag as a criminal, so DONT CHOP TREES IN TOWN!!. A stump will regenerate itself into a tree as time passes. If you chop a tree stump, it will destroy the tree completely. The same holds true for bushes and palms.
